Any Maheshwari residing in Greater Mumbai / Mira Road having age of 18 years or above can become member of Maheshwari Pragati Mandal.

Life Membership Fees of Rs. 1180 (Rs.1000 +18 % GST) should be paid by Cheque / Cash -(Cheque in the Name of Maheshwari Pragati Mandal ) along with duly filled application form

The Application must be signed by Applicant and Proposer.

Proposer must be a Member of Mandal. Mandal Means Maheshwari Pragati Mandal

Please stick your colour printed passport size photo with this application on space provided in the form.

For address proof kindly attach any one Self attested xerox Copy where your name should appear. from following mention list
